Service Description
Provides 50 units of subsidized housing for senior citizens, each with a 24-hour emergency bell system. Also provides 62 units of subsidized housing for families, containing two, three, or four bedrooms, and located at seven sites within Anacortes. Housing costs are approximately 30% of income.
Eligibility
For low-income families, elderly or disabled persons.
