Service Description
Provides modifications to homes to increase energy efficiency. Provides services such as ceiling, floor and wall insulation, caulking, weather stripping, broken window replacement and heating system replacement. This service is for residents of Pierce County outside the Tacoma City limits.

Must reside outside of the city of Tacoma, but in Pierce County. Must also meet program income guidelines.
