Service Description
Offers financing options for the installation of insulation and replacement windows for electrically heated homes built before 1988. Financing may include zero interest loans, rebates or grants for owners/tenants whose households meet the income guidelines.

Eligibility
Must be Tacoma Power customers with electric heat and have a good payment history with the utility. The home must have built prior to 1988. If the home is a rental, tenants must get homeowner's approval. Must meet annual household income criteria.
