Service Description

Distributes educational materials and organizes awareness and prevention events. Operates a toll-free information and referral helpline. Offers a searchable online database of treatment providers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Distributes curricula to school districts and organizes an annual conference. Sponsors National Eating Disorders Awareness Week (NEDAW) held during the last week of February each year.

Fees

None for information/referral services. NEDAW coordinators pay a membership fee for their materials. Fee is charged for educational materials, including books, videos, brochures and curriculum materials.
