Class series helps participants adopt the healthy habits needed to prevent Type 2 diabetes. Classes are designed for individuals 18 and older who have been diagnoesed with pre-diabetees or are at high risk for developing Type 2 diabetes. Classes are 16 weeks long and are offered both in person and over live interactive webinar.
