This class series, offered in-person or remotely via live videoconference, helps participants adopt the healthy habits needed to prevent Type 2 diabetes. Classes are designed for individuals 18 and older who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or are at high risk for developing Type 2 diabetes. Live classes are held in Spokane or the videoconference option is available to eligible participants at any location with internet access.
