Coordinates a severe weather shelter with Catholic Community Services and Kent Lutheran Church when temperatures are forecasted to be below freezing for a 24-hour period or more or when there are three or more inches of snow.
Men will be housed together in one room, women will be housed together in another room, and families will be housed together in a third area.
Shelter opening is dependent on availability of staff, volunteers and church facility.

Priority is given to homeless families with children who are living on the streets or in vehicles.
Doors open at 9pm for check-in.
Clients must register at the door. Shelter closes at 7am, when clients must vacate.
9pm-7am on days the shelter is activated.
No geographic restrictions.
