Travel Information: The Grant-Adams Area WSU Extension Office is located in room 107 of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata.
Provides a class series that helps participants adopt the healthy habits needed to prevent Type 2 diabetes.
Classes are designed for individuals 18 and older who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or are at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes.
Trained lifestyle coaches lead classes to help participants make better food choices, increase physical activity and learn coping skills to maintain weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes. Some classes offered in Spanish.
