Your chosen user ID and password are used to create a unique encryption key that allows all information about you to be stored in an encrypted or scrambled form that cannot be unscrambled without the entire unique encryption key.

Because only you know your password, no one else can see information that you enter about yourself. If you choose to provide your e-mail address with you register, if you forget your user ID or password the system will be able to e-mail them to you. If you choose not to provide your e-mail address we won't be able to remind you of your user ID or password if you forget them.

Providing aggregate information about users
